Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, The item must be ineffective, damaged or not to customer satisfaction.
If returned unwanted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at via our contact us form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, three options will be available depending on the situation,
1. Faulty or item not to customer satisfaction - we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.Item not wanted anymore - we can arrange collection for you at your own cost or you can ship the item back to us on your own accord.
3. Replace item if particular subject is in stock.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Consumables that have been opened (unless faulty) will not be accepted by TonerOne Ltd. Please be sure that you want item when opening.
Items returned poorly packaged will not accepted. Please return correctly.
Exchanges Replacement will be offered if item is faulty and the stock is available at the current time of the return. Tonerone Ltd will certainly do everything they can to rectify any rare occurrence that may happen.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
